We are registered company dealing with construction works in buildings, civil works, irrigation schemes , real estates & land development. For the time being we have surveyed approved plots for different use for sale in Kigamboni area at the ward called Pemba mnazi. These plots are of different sizes and different uses such as for petrol station, education institution, commercial and residential, these plots are many 30 in number. The price of these plots are per square meter depending on its uses which ranging from 5 USD to 15 USD. In Kibaha also we have plots of different sizes, 8 kilometers from Morogoro road, the price is Tshs 4,000 per square meter, beside this in Kongowe Kibaha we have farms of different sizes, the price is Tshs 25 million per acre. For all these prices there is a room for negotiation.
